Pacing Pro ("we", "us", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.
Pacing Pro is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first philosophy. We do not collect or upload your exam content:
You may export exam data as Excel (.xlsx) files. These files are stored locally on your device or in a location of your choosing (e.g., Files app, cloud drive). We never transmit this data to any server.
Pacing Pro uses RevenueCat to validate the one-time Full Version purchase. When you make a purchase:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your exam data. The only third party involved in the current App is RevenueCat, solely for purchase validation, restore purchases, app functionality, and RevenueCat dashboard reporting.
Your exam content and review data stay on your device and benefit from iOS's built-in data protection. We do not upload that content to our servers.
Our Pacing Pro website writes short-lived, structured server logs so we can count aggregate landing-page visits and App Store button clicks. These records contain only the event type, a fixed page variant and button placement, an approved campaign label (or “direct”), and the US storefront label. We do not add persistent browser or session identifiers, and our event records do not include IP addresses, user-agent strings, full URLs, free-form text, or your exam data.
Pacing Pro is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
